After graduating from UCSD with a BA in communications, I began
my career as a technical writer. While I've developed a wide range
of skills in the ensuing years - eventually leading or serving
as a consultant for communications strategies in global
high-tech organizations - my focus has always involved communicating
technical and complex information in a manner that is understandable
to the intended audience. In addtion to writing, PR, and media
development, I also enjoy teaching, training, and mentoring activities.
Earning my MA in Educational Technology at SDSU enhanced my ability
to use new media communications tools as well as my desire to
work in an educational setting.
